The prices below are valid for stays per week (basically saturday to saturday).
Internet, air conditioning, use of Sonos and Netflix, normal energy consumption, water consumption, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Cleaning costs are € 300
The deposit shall be € 1.000 (this is refundable after 14 days).
Weekend and midweek are available on request with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Pets are not allowed. In the villa is smoking prohibited.
